gemeinhardt-2sh-flute-sterling-silver-headjoint-elkhart-ind-usa-w-hard-case
Gemeinhardt 2SH Flute Sterling Silver Headjoint Elkhart IND USA w/ Hard Case
You are looking at a Gemeinhardt 2SH Flute with a Solid Sterling Silver Headjoint. This flute was made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. It is used but in good overall condition, showing normal signs of use including scuffs, scratches, tarnish, and minor grime throughout. The silver plating on the body and footjoint shows wear, with some areas where the base metal is showing through. The headjoint is stamped Solid Silver and features the engraved Kurt G. Gemeinhardt monogram.

The flute has been tested and plays. Everything appears to be fully functional, and we did not find any dents or bent rods. The pads are older and show discoloration from age. The flute plays as it is now, but it would benefit from a tune-up and pad replacement by a technician. This is noted so buyers know what to expect.

Included in this listing:

* Gemeinhardt 2SH Flute (Headjoint, Body, and C Footjoint)
* Original Gemeinhardt Hard Shell Case
* Cleaning Rod
* Cleaning Cloth

The Gemeinhardt 2SH is a step-up flute that pairs a solid sterling silver headjoint with a silver-plated body and keys.
