This tap is used and shows normal signs of age and handling — scuffs, scratches, and grime throughout. The biggest cosmetic issue is the rust spots scattered across the body.
Tested and fully functional. The cutting threads and flutes are intact with no chips, cracks, or broken teeth.

This is a large straight-flute bottoming hand tap, used for cutting internal threads all the way to the bottom of a blind hole. The square drive shank fits a standard tap wrench. Stamped markings read "Morse, New Bedford, Mass. USA" along with the thread size and List No. 2046.
Not included: tap wrench, handle, case, or any other tools.
