You are looking at a Snap-on CTR869 14.4V 3/8" Drive Extra-Long-Neck High Torque Cordless Ratchet. This ratchet is used but in good overall condition. It does show signs of normal use including scuffs, scratches, and grime throughout. Nothing that affects performance or takes away from normal operation.
The ratchet has been tested, and everything is fully functional. The most noticeable flaws are on the battery, which has yellow paint marks on the front label and side, a worn and scratched label, and a small gouge on the top corner. These are cosmetic only and do not affect its function. The battery holds a charge and operates as intended.
