You are looking at a Snap-on EEDM504F Basic True-RMS Digital Multimeter. This meter is used but in good overall condition. It shows normal signs of use including light scuffs, scratches, and minor grime on the body, dial, and test leads. The manual is creased and the soft carrying case has minor wear. Nothing that affects performance or normal operation.
The multimeter has been tested and everything appears to be fully functional.
